As a buyer, we want to make sure you are happy with every purchase you make on Blender Market but we recognize that occasionally there can be complications.  We have you covered.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This is what the policy covers:

  • Faulty products
  • Products that do not work as advertised
  • Accidental purchase (products that have been downloaded and bulk orders are not covered by the policy)

Step 1: Contact the Creator to Resolve any Issues You Are Having

First, we ask that you contact the Creator via the Product Page to determine whether the issue that you are having with the product can be resolved.

Step 2: Contact Blender Market Support

Note: Please make sure you have visited the product's documentation, FAQs, and that you have contacted the Creator directly to ask for support prior to requesting a refund.

If, after you have contacted the Creator, the product still does not work or you feel that the Creator misrepresented the product in its description, please feel free to contact us.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • the product you would like refunded.
  • the Order number.
  • the Transaction number.
  • a thorough description of the issues that you are having with the product.

We will investigate the product. If the product is found to be faulty or not working as described, it will be fixed or a refund will be offered so long as the purchase was made no more than 30 days prior to your request

Note: Partial refunds due to a price change on a product are not covered by this policy.
