How to Get Product Support

If you've purchased a product and are having trouble with it, first check the product's Documentation and FAQs to see if you can find an answer there.

Contact the Creator Directly

If you can't find the answers in the product's documentation, contact the product's Creator directly with support questions by using the product support button found on every product page.

When you click the Ask a Question button, a contact form will pop up, allowing you to write a message that will be delivered to the Creator's inbox. They will be notified of your support question. 

Once the Creator has replied to your support question, you will receive an email notifying you of their response. By checking your Blender Market inbox, you will be able to see the Creator's reply and continue the conversation there.
