How to Find and Download Your Purchases
Did you purchase the product while logged in to your account?
If you purchased a product while you were signed in to your Blender Market account, you can find it by navigating to Orders in the drop-down menu in the top right corner of any Blender Market page (except in Help Desk).
On this screen, you can both download the product and download your receipt/invoice.

Are you looking for a specific product in your Orders list?
You can search for a specific product in the your orders using the search tab within the orders page. Here you can enter an Order ID from your Blender Market purchase receipt or even just type the name of the product to search your orders.
This will return the products within your order history that match the search inquiry.
Did you check out as a guest?
If, for any reason, you cannot locate one of your purchases, or the system is not recognizing your email, you likely completed your purchase as a guest, meaning you completed the transaction without creating an account or logging in.
Download links in purchase receipts expire for security, but you do still have access to your purchase through an active Blender Market account.
You will need to create an account using the same email you purchased with. Once your account is created, your past orders will automatically be linked to your new account (HUZZAH) and you are able to download your most updated files via the Orders page as described above.

There is no limit on the number of times you can download a product that you have purchased.
