How to Find and Download Your Purchases
Did you purchase the product while logged in to your account?
If you purchased a product while you were signed in to your Blender Market account, you can find it by navigating to Orders in the drop-down menu in the top right corner of any Blender Market page (except in Help Desk).
On this screen, you can both download the product and download your receipt/invoice.

Did you check out as a guest?
If, for any reason, you cannot locate one of your purchases, you can use our Order Retrieval System to find and download it.
First, if you have an account, make sure you are logged out. Then head to the Order Retrieval System by following the link in this article or the Retrieve Guest Order button on your purchase email receipt.
If you made your purchase as a guest on the site, regardless of whether or not you have a Blender Market account, you can find the link to retrieve your order at the bottom of your purchase receipt.
Once you're on the Order Finder page, use the order information at the bottom of your purchase receipt to fill in:
- Email address
- Order ID
- Transaction ID
Click the Locate Order button and you will be taken to the order checkout page, where you can download the product file(s), located to the right of the product name.

How many times can you download a product that you have purchased?
There is no limit on the number of times you can download a product that you have purchased.
