Problems Uploading Your Product
If you are running into problems uploading your product, troubleshoot using this quick article.
Is all the necessary information filled out?
When you have filled in the required information for a given section, the small circle next to the section name will turn green. Once all circles are green, you will be able to submit your product.
Have you completed the section, but the circle won't turn green?
If, for instance, you have completely filled out the Documentation & FAQ's section, but the light is still not green, click on a different section and see if that makes the light on Documentation & FAQ's turn green.
