Blender Market is a marketplace where you can purchase Blender goods from creators around the world. We want you to have a positive experience shopping on Blender Market. Please read on to find out more about your rights, as well as what is expected of you, as a member of our community.

1. Purchasing an Item on Blender Market
When you buy from a shop on Blender Market, you’re directly supporting an independent creator.  Thank you.  By making a purchase from a creator on Blender Market, you agree that you have:
  1. Read the item description and Blender Market policies before making a purchase;
  2. Submitted appropriate payment for item(s) purchased; and
  3. Provided accurate profile information for the delivery of the product.
For the safety of our community, and to avoid scams and fraud, all transactions must take place through the Blender Market checkout system, and only transactions that take place through the Blender Market checkout system are eligible for our support and refund. 
If you need to discuss the details of your order with the creator, please keep your communication on the Blender Market platform (via Inbox).  This will also help us assist you if you need to escalate a conversation to Admin.
As a member of the community, you have the opportunity to report a product or a shop that violates any of Blender Market’s policies by contacting us at [email protected]

2. Communicating with the Community
Messages
We highly recommend you keep your communication on the Blender Market platform (via Inbox).  This will help us assist you if you need to escalate a conversation to Admin.  You can use Blender Market’s Inbox tool to communicate directly with creators. Messages are a great way to ask creators any questions you have about a product.  
Messages may not be used for the following activities:
  1. Sending unsolicited advertising or promotions, requests for donations, or spam;
  2. Harassing or abusing another member;
  3. Contacting someone after they have explicitly asked you not to; or
  4. Interfering with a transaction or the business of another member.
  5. Exchanging personal contact, financial or other information for the purposes of evading the checkout process on Blender Market, including phone number, address, email, social media handles, external URLs, instructions for money transfer, etc.
Harassment
Any use of Blender Market Inbox to harass other members is strictly prohibited. Similarly, messages may not be used to support or glorify hatred. If you receive a message that violates this policy, please let us know right away at [email protected].
Interference
Interference occurs when a member intentionally interferes with another member’s shop in order to drive away their business. Interference is strictly prohibited on Blender Market. Examples of interference include:
  1. Posting in public areas to demonstrate or discuss a dispute with another member;
  2. Purchasing from a creator for the sole purpose of leaving a negative review;
3. Leaving a Review of a Product
Reviews are a great way to learn about a creator's products, help good creators build a strong reputation, or help warn other customers about a poor experience.
You can leave a review, including a one to five star rating and a review of your experience with the product and the creator.  Your rating and review and profile avatar will be publicly displayed on the creator's listing and review pages.
By leaving a review, you acknowledge that your content may not:
  1. Contain private information;
  2. Contain graphic, mature, or obscene language or imagery;
  3. Contain hateful or derogatory language or imagery;
  4. Contain prohibited medical drug claims;
  5. Contain advertising or spam;
  6. Be about things outside the creator's control, such as personal device limitations, Blender Market, or a third party;
  7. Contain threats, harassment, or extortion;
  8. Include shilling or otherwise falsely inflate a shop’s review score; or
  9. Undermine the integrity of the Reviews system.
Shilling

There are multiple types of shilling, including, for example:
  • Compensation through free or significantly reduced items, samples, cash, or other compensation, to purchase and leave a biased, inauthentic, or untruthful positive review.
  • Opening additional accounts for the purpose of leaving multiple reviews on a product.
Creators may respond to reviews. Creators’ responses to reviews must also comply with this policy. Creators may may report reviews that violate our Terms of Use or review policy described here.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies or Terms of Use.
4. Refunding a Purchase

Blender Market offers a 30 day refund policy.  By purchasing on Blender Market, you agree to comply with the Blender Market Refund Policy.
If your refund is denied by the creator and you believe your request meets the qualifications for a refund, you may contact Blender Market admin at [email protected].  You agree to accept the final decision of Blender Market Admin regarding your refund request.
