We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for when purchases don't turn out as expected. This is what the policy covers:
- Faulty products
- Products that do not work as advertised
- Accidental purchase (bulk orders and products that customers have downloaded do not qualify as accidental purchases)
To protect you as a seller and effectively resolve issues that customers might be having:
- We urge them to ensure that they have reviewed the product's documentation and FAQ tabs and contacted you to ask for support (via the support request button on the Product Page) prior to requesting a refund.
- If the product still does not work for them, or if they feel that you have misrepresented your product in its description, they can contact us by email. We will investigate the product. If the product is found to be faulty or does not work as described, the customer's purchase will be fixed or a refund will be offered, so long as the purchase was made no more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
Partial refunds due to a price change on a product are not covered by this policy.
How Refunds Affect Your Revenue
When a refund is issued to a customer, they will be refunded the entire amount of their purchase. Their refund will appear as Revoked earnings in your Earnings report.
