As a buyer we want to make sure you are happy with every purchase you make on the Blender Market but we recognize that not every purchase works out.
If you purchase a product on the Blender Market and it does not work. We first ask that you contact the Creator via the Product Page, here's how.
If after you have contacted the Creator and the product still does not work or you feel the Creator misrepresented the product in their description, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
When contacting us, please let us know the product you would liked refunded, the Order number and the Transaction number along with a thorough description of the issues with the product. We will investigate the product. If the product is found to be faulty or not working as described it will be fixed or a refund will be offered so long as the purchase was made no more than 30 days ago.
Partial refunds due to a price change on a product are not covered by this policy.
Note: Please make sure you have visited the products documentation, FAQ tabs, and that you have contacted the Creator directly to ask for support prior to requesting a refund.
