How do I email my customers?
Need to tell your customers about a new updated you just published on the site, or maybe you want to tell them about a new product you just came out with. You can email all your customers of any product you have via our Customer Email System.
The Customer Email System is located on your Creator Dashboard, on the Email Customer tab.To create a new email simply click the Create Email button on the right side of the Email Customer tab. You'll then have the option to select the product customers that you'd like to email. If you have multiple products you'll need to select the one you want via the Product dropdown.
Make sure and add a short but comprehensive Subject line. Then you can compose the rest of your email in the Content area. After you've finished your email content you are able to sent a Preferred time to send your email.
At any time when composing your email if you'd like to save your work and come back later you can Save a Draft using the button on the page, when you're done with your email you'll also have to Save a Draft. After you've saved a draft you'll be taken back to the Email Customer tab.
Before your email will be sent out you need to make sure that you submit your email for review. This is done by hitting the edit button for the email you're ready to send out. Once you're back on the email composing screen you'll see a new Submit for review switch on the right side of the page. After you've submitted your email for review the site admins will be notified, once approved by an admin your email will be sent out to your customers.Respecting User Privacy
Because of the General Data Protection Regulation, we can no longer email users who have not consented to Creator Email Marketing. Users may opt-in by accessing their Privacy Center. New purchases are provided with an option at checkout to consent to creator email marketing.
