How to retrieve your purchase.

If for any reason you can't download a purchase or can't find one of your purchases, you can use our Order Retrieval System. You can get to the Order Retrieval System by heading to your cart on the site while being logged out. 

If you made your purchase as a guest on the site, IE, you didn't sign up for an account or all ready have an account, you can find a link to the Order Retrieval System in your purchase receipt.

Once you're on the Order Finder page you'll need to add the email you used to make your purchase, the Order ID, and the Transaction ID for the purchase. Enter this info into the fields provided and click the Locate Order button to reclaim your Order.
